OGŁOSZENIA/ANNOUNCEMENTS

THE VIGIL CANDLE for the weeks beginning April 30th and May 7th will be in memory of Michael Ardelli by Shirley and family.

            Vigil candles are now being booked for another year.

A THANKS TO THE CHOIR: The choir's Easter hymns have been very well prepared, and as always the choir is a tribute to our parish. Many thanks to director Mary Pierrynowski and all choir members. Bog zaplac wam wszystkich!

CEREMONY, SUPPER, AND TRADITIONAL POLISH DINNER THEATRE: On Saturday, May 5, at 7 p.m. there will be a special event at the Polish Village Hall to proclaim in effect a provincial Bill (passed unanimously in the House of Assembly) pertaining to our St. Michael's Polish Benefit Society, one of Canada's oldest Polish organizations. Nova Scotia's Culture Minister will be present. Our parish's Pogoria Polish Folk Ensemble will perform. Tickets are $25 each and may be obtained from Shari McKay.

SUNDAY, MAY 6: On Sunday, May 6, in common with Polish churches around the world, we will mark the Feast of Mary, Queen of Poland. If you have traditional Polish attire or a St. Michael's uniform, please wear it for Mass on May 6.

PIERSCAPE FESTIVAL: Our choir will take part again at Holy Redeemer Church, Tuesday, May 8, at 7:30 p.m. Silver Collection.
